How Our Dewatering Screen Works

The high performance of our dewatering screen is driven by dual vibrating motors that create a powerful, linear vibratory force. The screen deck is uniquely designed with a slight upward incline (usually between 0 to 5 degrees).

When the wet slurry is fed onto the downward-sloping back section of the screen, the rapid linear vibration forces the solid particles to travel aggressively uphill toward the discharge lip. During this upward movement, the water is squeezed out of the solids and forcefully drawn down through the fine screen mesh. This continuous action results in a highly concentrated solid cake discharging from the top, while the separated water is collected below for recycling.
