How Our Electromagnetic Feeder Works

The operation of our electro magnetic vibro feeder is highly advanced and completely frictionless, as it relies entirely on electromagnetism rather than traditional mechanical motors. The machine consists of a feeding tray (trough) mounted on flexible leaf springs, positioned directly above a powerful electromagnetic coil.

When alternating current (AC) is supplied via the control panel, the electromagnet rapidly pulls and releases the heavy magnetic armature attached to the tray. This rapid pulsing creates a high-frequency, low-amplitude linear vibration. The continuous micro-jumping action smoothly propels the bulk material forward along the tray. By simply adjusting the voltage through the control panel dial, operators can instantly increase or decrease the vibration amplitude, thereby perfectly controlling the material feed rate.
