Filters are available in two versions: single-wall and double-wall, as well as double-wall jacketed. Jacketed filters are used in heated pipeline applications where temperature control is critical to maintaining product viscosity, such as in chocolate, syrup, jams, and sauces. Both versions are tested and certified to operate at pressures up to 12 bar, with standard designs capable of working at 48 bar available upon request.

The Pipeline Magnetic Separator is designed for installation in pipelines or ducted systems to trap ferrous particles from powder or grain material flowing over the magnetic bullet. Simply open the door to remove the ferrous particles collected on the surface of the magnetic core.

Magnetic Liquid Filters are designed to remove micron-size ferrous and paramagnetic contamination from various types of liquids. A matrix of easy-clean rods, containing high-intensity rare-earth neodymium iron boron magnets, is housed within a stainless steel vessel.

How Our Bullet Magnet Separator Works

The operation of our pipeline magnetic separator centers around its highly efficient, aerodynamic design. The unit consists of a robust stainless steel housing that connects directly inline with your existing pipework. Suspended directly in the center of this housing is a powerful, bullet-shaped magnetic core.

As the high-speed bulk material or liquid flows through the pipeline, the aerodynamic nose cone of the bullet magnet smoothly diverts the product flow around the magnetic core without causing turbulence or pressure drops. The intense magnetic field instantly attracts any ferrous metal contaminants, drawing them firmly to the magnetic core. The trapped metal is held securely against the magnet’s surface, while the purified product smoothly continues down the line. To clean the unit, the operator simply opens the quick-release hinged door and wipes the accumulated metal off the bullet magnet.
